Description

We're looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and implicit guests.
The successful seeker will be suitable to accept power for effectively working client issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping client satisfaction at the core of every decision and geste .
Responsibilities
  • Manage large quantities of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “ scripts ” when handling different motifs
  • Identify guests ’ needs, clarify information, exploration every issue and give results and/ or druthersSeize Openings to upsell products when they arise
  • make sustainable connections and engage guests by taking the redundant afar
  • Keep records of all exchanges in our call center database in a scrutable way
  • constantly attend educational forums to ameliorate knowledge and performance position
  • Meet Particular/ platoon qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
  • Strong phone and verbal communication chops along with active listening
  • Client focus and rigidity to different personality types
  • Capability tomulti-task, set precedences and manage time effectively
  • High school degree(Any)
  • Proficient in Computer Operating
Salary
  • For Freshers :1.2-1.4Lpa
  • For Experienced:1.5lpa Above(Based on Interviwe)
